Great Wall Chinese Food — Restaurant in South Windsor

This place needs to be shut down before someone dies, and I’m not exaggerating… I placed an order for pick up and found out at home that it was the wrong order. I called back and they tried blaming me because I misinformed them of my order upon arrival, even though I gave them my phone number because they never asked my name. I even put a $5 bill in their dirty plastic jar. I asked that they deliver the correct food to me and they demanded that I pay the difference of $7.50 and I said that’s great thanks. The lady on the phone told me to eat the order I got because it was partially what I ordered and they would bring me only what I was missing. The delivery driver shows up and asks that I pay $7.50 and RETURN THE OTHER ORDER. I explained to him that he can call the CT board of health because that’s against the law to serve food that left their building. I asked him “what if I poisoned it? Or put drugs in it?” I asked if I could just give him a $10 and have my correct food. I ordered from this place on and off for about a year or so. It was always not the best food from the Chinese restaurant but it was close to where I live. One early afternoon I was in the plaza where this place is located and I came across the delivery truck. The truck was from New York, it had graffiti all over, it wasn’t refrigerated!, The two men unloading it looked like thugs , And I seen the nastiest trays and boxes with leaky fluids being brought into the restaurant! That is what you are all eating if you order from there!! Never ever again will I ever call that place! They should be out of business! Where do I start? If I could leave a review with 0 stars that's what it would be. Called and placed order at 740pm. I live less than 2 miles from the restaurant . 815 comes around and still no food . My husband called around 840 and asked if our order had left yet and he was informed it had . 910 comes around , and still ...No food.
