I came to this Metro PCS store in hopes that somebody could help me. I had an incident in where my phone screen had completely shattered and I needed to get a new phone asap. I do not have transportation therefore I had to get a ride about 30 minutes away from my house to the phone store. When I got there I was only given two phones I could choose from out of their entire inventory that is all they had in stock. There was only one phone that they had a phone case for and a screen protector for. I settled for the phone that I could get a case with. I ended up getting a screen protector as well. Supposedly it is tempered glass and it is shatterproof. The customer service person AKA Christine charged me full price for the phone, the case and the screen protector. This is the first time in the history of me buying phones that they didn't give me some kind of deal...and with the holidays approaching I am quite amazed at what I had to pay. Upon putting my screen protector on Christine threw away everything I needed to make a claim if the screen protector shattered. I the car ride home I was looking at my receipt and it shown that I was charged $26 and some change for a charger that I never even agreed to purchase. When I went back to the store Christine was working again and I explained to her that I was upset that I had my phone less than a week and the screen protector shattered. I also asked about the charger I had no use for, and never even touched it nor seen it untill after the deed was done. She looked at me dumbfounded and said that phone accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. I said well I never even agreed to buying the charger and I had no clue why it was even in my bag. Then I remembered seeing her grab it before ringing me up for my phone. So this store charges you for things that you have absolutely no interest in buying. I simply feel like I was scammer. This store is an absolute disgrace. I should have been able to get my money back for the charger that I have absolutely no use for because my brand new phone came with one!!! The customer service at this store is giving scammer vibes. Try to avoid this store at all costs. They obviously are money hungry and don't have the customers best...
ย ย ย Read moreI went to the main street East Hartford , branch first seeking help..the guy immediately told me that I had to go to the main branch in Hartford on Park Street Bradley plaza...I went there. The young lady didn't want to help me and gave me a hard time . So I left very unhappy. Mind you I just purchase this phone back in March of 2020 A20 android. The next day I went to the branch in Windsor East Hartford Main Street. The young lady took her time to help me out to fix my problem which took over an hour but she was able to get the issue resolved๐๐ฟ๐๐ฟ Best Service Ever 8-14-20 10:00am she was great!!!!!Good people Great service. Nelly was beyond extremely helpful and made sure I got everything I needed. Trey was very patient in transferring my information (I have a ridiculous amount of contacts as I use my phone for work). The upgrade process for me is always long , I want to thank both Nelly and Trey for their OUTSTANDING customer service, patience and knowledge. I left with a new phone that I am confident is the best choice for my needs and with a phone that is 100% ready to go, I didn't skip a beat. You have a great team in these...
