Vatter Construction just finished up a major two story home addition for us in Mount Gretna and we are absolutely thrilled not only with the end result, but also with the process which included figuring out how to make a space that fit with our unique A-Frame and yet filled our need for a luxurious master bedroom & bath that virtually doubled our square footage.

From the vision it took to initiate the process to the workmanship it took to execute the plan the Vatter team consistently exceeded our expectations. The design team supplied us with great ideas and choices so that we could make the space uniquely ours. The skilled craftsman that are part of the team overcame made the project come to life step by step and kept us informed of the progress and what to expect in the days, weeks and months to come in the project. Of course we continued to live in our space while the work progressed while the work could be intrusive at times, the Vatter team members were always extremely respectful and thoughtful. When issues arose they were dealt with openly and when new ideas came about during the process we were always kept in the loop about how they might affect the final cost of the project and what choices we had available. Finally at the end of the project a thorough walk thru was conducted and Vatter made sure that every minute detail of the space met our expectation.

Our experience with Vatter was top notch and they provided excellent service. I looked into several different contractors to finish our basement and decided on Vatter based upon quality of work and value. Ryan, Kevin, and Caitlin were amazing to work with along with the workers on site. Caitlin was a huge help on the design layout of the space. She came up with the idea for a bookshelf door to access our furnace and hot water heater. One thing that other contractors didn't suggest was removing the structural pole and making modifications so that we would have more space. Kevin helped us with that process and we couldn't be more happy with how it turned out. One other great feature Vatter provided was communication through their construction website which allowed us to track every step of the project including; schedule, invoices, messages, selections, daily/weekly updates with progress photos, etc. They went above and beyond to keep us informed throughout construction.
