Leisure Bowling and Golf Center Lancaster — Local services in Manor Township

Extremely terrible customer service. Went there Saturday night with five other friends for their unlimited bowling from 9:30 to 11:30. Paid for all of us, and we were only given one lane. Before we started playing, we saw other lanes with two or three players, so we asked them if they could split us up into two lanes to make the most of what we paid for (unlimited bowling for a set period of time). I didn't think it was an unreasonable request as there were at least eight other lanes that were not being used. All the cashier said was "no, that's not possible," and kept shaking his head. I stood there waiting for further explanation and he just turned away! I approached another cashier to get assistance but his explanation was that "once it's paid and set, we change anything." I'm to believe that you have no control over your own business?! If possible, avoid them at all cost until they change their business practices or hire more helpful and friendly staff;...

Had a bad experience here. Paid for golf and then came back to the desk an hour later for bowling just before 8:30 PM on Friday. More than half the lanes were open. The kid who works there was checking me and my wife out to pay to bowl one game for $4.75 / person - I was in the process of paying when lady who works there jumped in and told us we’d have to pay $15 / person and wait an hour to play until cosmic bowling starts at 9:30, since “you can’t get a game in within an hour.”

I’m pretty sure 2 people can get in one game of bowling in one hour but wasn’t worth arguing and my time isn’t worth waiting an hour because someone is trying to nickel and dime customers - they lost 2 customers in perpetuity. I can’t in good conscience recommend this establishment - it felt like they were trying to prey on customers, which was unexpected. There are better options for a good customer experience. ...

Attended Cosmic bowling. Loved that the pins glowed and friendly service when paying for bowling. However, later on, I order a slice of pizza and a large fry. The man ringing me out was very rude and barely said a word to me. I then waited 20 minutes to get my food, watched other people order AND get their food (fries, pizza, pretzels, everything in between). I asked the cashier what was taking so long and he apparently gave my food to someone else so he had to recook my food. Another 10 minutes later, I get cold fries and a small piece of pizza.. At 11:30 when cosmic bowling was supposed to be over, they came to us and politely told us we needed to leave, however, we were disappointed because we wasted 30 minutes at the snack shack when we could have spent that...
