Campus Village has been a great place to live during my junior and senior year of college. I love having my own bathroom and bedroom. I was nervous to leave the dorms originally but Campus Village made me feel right at home. I wouldn't trade my tempurpedic bed for anything, that is probably the biggest perk of living here. The study rooms are spacious, the gym is open 24/7 which is super convenient and now they're pet friendly so I'm able to have my puppy with me. The staff- Especially Bradley, Mackenzie and Meade are all so helpful and kind. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

Daughters in a 4x4 apartment. They each get their own bathrooms, comes with washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave & fully furnished. Their apt. has a vaulted ceiling, (4th floor) for an additional $10 each per month. Fully furnished is very convenient. Great location to campus! Also covered parking garage for $40 extra per month, well worth to be guaranteed a pkg spot that is assigned. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Mgmt receptive to maintenance request in a timely manner. So far this place is great. May re-new for next year if the girls like it!

While The facility at Campus Village itself and the rooms and amenities provided were very nice and livable for me in the 2020-2021 school year, this last year (2021-2022) was way less than nice. I am not a person who ever feels comfortable complaining about a company or business but in the past year, I feel like I have called with so many maintenance requests on things that should have been properly handled before moving in. When my shower would not drain, it took maintenance almost a week to get there and I was scared to even use my water to flush a toilet with the fear anything would overflow. The new management team, unlike last year felt unknowledgeable and while I gave them the benefit of the doubt in september because they were all training all at once, I should not have to wait almost a week for a response in June because they did not know an answer to something simple. The utility company that Campus Village had chosen for the 2021-2022 school year is a company that does not care for the students and people living there. The entire month of May-June of 2022, me and my roommates were charged almost double our regular bill and 2 of us have not even been present in the apartment since college graduation. This is ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. When we did look into it, the manager sided with Conservice (which I will also be leaving a review for) and told us there was nothing more that he could do.

This last year, I have been less than happy with the decisions Campus Village has made to supposedly “improve” their complex. I have never been more happy to pay my last rent payment. While I still have one more utility payment which i can guarantee at the rate my last one was will be over $200, me and my roommates of 427 will be glad to not have to deal with Campus...

If you want any sort of privacy, I don’t recommend living here. Since moving in, maintenance and management have sent several notices of entry for things. I understand needing to access the unit to change smoke detectors and basic safety measures, but at this point it feels excessive and it’s annoying. It feels like we can’t go more than 2 or 3 weeks without them having to come into our unit and our rooms, and it’s been this way since we moved in. As someone who appreciates their privacy, I can’t wait to move out when my lease is up. I have several friends in other apartment complexes and they’ve never experienced anything like this. There’s nothing worse than when you’re in the shower and you hear management knocking on your door for some new unit inspection. For how much you pay to live here, you would expect some sort of privacy but management doesn’t seem to care about that. I swear I had more privacy and space living in the dorms at MSU than I do in this apartment. Just keep this in mind before you rent here. Don’t get me wrong, the maintenance workers are excellent and very very kind. Richard in the office is great as well. Truly my only issue with this place is how often they come into your apartment, and giving you a timeframe of an entire week so you really have no idea when they’ll...

I've had a pretty good experience at Campus Village so far in my 1.5 years living here. It is a great community and really close to campus. However the proximity to campus leads to parking issues for big gamedays and holidays like Halloween. On Halloween, there was absolutely no where for me to park, and when I called the Community Assistant on Duty they couldn't really offer any help. I was forced to stay at a friends house because I couldn't find anywhere to park. Otherwise I've enjoyed staying at CV and really like the personal bathrooms and furnishings. However when I toured, I was told I would get a new Tempurpedic mattress, and I had an old, run-down mattress when I moved in. The office staff told me they were in the process of replacing them over the course of a few years, but basically that I was stuck with the nasty one that I got. The people who give the tours just need to be careful as to what they are saying to potential residents. My apartment was also not clean when I moved in, but they were able to get a cleaning staff in to clean it in about...
