T.J. Maxx — Local services in Lansing

The clothes and products they have are very trendy and good quality . I love the beauty and makeup . However they are obsessed with selling TJX credit cards. They tell you that you get a discount but the truth is this card will put you in debt and it has a very high interest rate $25 a month I believe . When I worked at this company our managers would literally yell at us and put us down just for not selling enough credit cards to customers . This company is very greedy in my opinion and it's just an excuse to make more money . And that money definitely goes to higher management because they don't pay employees enough to even live off of. They're not considerate to anyone with disabilities and the cashiers working at the front end constantly gossip and bad talk about nearly every customer that goes in there behind...

I love TJ Max but this location is horrible!! I have never been treated so poorly by numerous staff. Very stuck up and just down right rude. Each visit was worst than the other, to the point where I will now drive 20 minutes away to go to the west side location. The check out lady Hannah G is horrible human being, when there was a crying baby in the store she repeatedly said how she is “really tired of that baby” and. “God won’t they just leave” she made me feel like such an inconvenience when she was ringing me up and I changed my mind about an article of clothing. Hitting the screen harder than needed, rolling her eyes, and constant sighing with irritation. God forbid she have to do her actual job!! I will never be returning...

Loved shopping at this company and desided to work for them. Seemed like everyone was friendly.Until I had some health issue that put me in hospital.called and talked to management and they assured me that I still had a job.I was still training. So upon my return, I work with the store manager and for some reason she hounds me the entire time I am there.
