I received a gift with a gift receipt. I went to the store because the item didn’t fit right. The manager didn’t ask if I wanted an exchange, or even a store credit. He just refunded the person who bought me the gift without asking even though I brought a gift receipt. Not only did this make me look bad to the person who bought the gift. I also lost out on a gift. The manager said there is nothing he can do because it was too late. He should fix the mistake and make things right. I reached out to customer service and the best they can do is offer 25% off a future order. I should not be punished for their mistake. Beware when you buy a gift at...

I placed an online order that may or may not have shipped from the Lansing Store. I received an email stating my item has shipped, however when I run the tracking the UPS link says link waiting on item. I then proceeded to call the Lansing store and spoke with a store manager named Liela. The store manager instructed me that I needed to contact UPS myself, however I tried to explain to her that rally House is the one that hired UPS and they needed to take care of the issue. This manager was absolutely no help in assisting in getting my Christmas present to destination...

Oh my gosh, that was the first time I had been there and the cashier that was working gave me great service ☺️. She helped me place an order on line and gave me advice on getting it delivered before our party🎉on Sunday. You are lucky to have fantastic employees 😜 who take the time to help your customers.
