I received a gift with a gift receipt. I went to the store because the item didn’t fit right. The manager didn’t ask if I wanted an exchange, or even a store credit. He just refunded the person who bought me the gift without asking even though I brought a gift receipt. Not only did this make me look bad to the person who bought the gift. I also lost out on a gift. The manager said there is nothing he can do because it was too late. He should fix the mistake and make things right. I received an email stating my item has shipped, however when I run the tracking the UPS link says link waiting on item. I then proceeded to call the Lansing store and spoke with a store manager named Liela. The store manager instructed me that I needed to contact UPS myself, however I tried to explain to her that rally House is the one that hired UPS and they needed to take care of the issue.
