There were many varieties of tall trees, cool flowers, and beautiful plants at Beal Botanical Garden! I had fun reading the poetry posted throughout the garden. There were cute little duck families swimming through the pond and friendly squirrels. The pond was a particularly nice spot to sit quietly and observe the world. I found the injurious plant section to be fascinating as well as the perfumed plants. Parking was better after 6pm. I highly recommend taking a trip to Beal Garden.

Beautiful botanical garden here. The place is very well taken care of and nicely maintained. The variety of plants as well as trees here is amazing. The plants are separated by many different categories and most of them look lovely. I would encourage you to smell them and beforeful not to step on them. Great place to take a dog or walk around and really relax.

The W.J. Beal Botanical Garden is a lush, educational oasis nestled in Michigan State University. It boasts a diverse collection of over 5,000 plant species, offering serene scenery and rich learning experiences. Some additional amenities could enhance comfort, but overall, it's a tranquil, must-visit spot for nature lovers and learners.

The best botanical garden I have ever visited. Not only are the plants beautiful and well kept but also they provide you info on each one. Even if you are not looking for an educational opportunity when you come here you will still learn some cool facts. Truly a place for anyone and everyone whether you're into learning more about plants or simply enjoy looking at beautiful plants. Plus, it's located on the campus of Michigan State, so there is plenty else around to do and see...

Beal botanical garden is a relaxing stop in the hustle and bustle of a college campus. They have numerous plants on display with information on the genera and specie. It sits right on the red cedar river just west of the library. It's a great place to take a date or just go by yourself for some meditation.

The fencing and the main gates were made by Stefani and Co. utilizing seamless metal tubing to create a bamboo style structure. Built by my wife's uncle,...
