The most unprofessional liars and con artists in the business. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this joke of an office. The office manager is a habitual liar, seriously, thats no joke. Then when my husband and I got proof and called her out on her lies, she released him. Listen, there's NOTHING you need or are going through that is bad enough to even consider going here. This clinic and the staff as a whole are EXTREMELY unreliable, unprofessional and shady. The office manager is on a power trip and lies through her teeth, I mean they aren't even believable lies either. Such as "UPS doesn't do next day delivery to your address" when we had literally used that service 2 wks ago, and then a week and a half later (9 days after I paid for next day service!!! 9!!!!) when UPS delivered the package, I asked my driver about it, and he laughed, said who the hell told you that??? We can do next day delivery to anyone, anywhere. She lied and doesn't want you to know" so then he pulled out his little hand held machine and showed me the all the details like what day the package was set for pickup and the service ordered. So while I paid 40 DOLLARS extra to have something overnighted to me, it took her 3 days to even box it up and send it, then LIED TO US to cover herself. When we called her on it and confronted her with the evidence (print out from UPS) she couldn't even form a sentence, she was stuttering and stammering and then kicked us out as patients. Because that's what a good office manager should do, punish patients because she has a lying problem. Anyway, appointments constantly rescheduled or just dropped without explanation or refunds, which resulted in our money stolen from us, to the tune of about 380 bucks. Seriously, if you're reading this, trust me please, ANYWHERE is better than this place, you don't have the money or sanity that it costs to deal with this place. Trust me. Go anywhere else, do anything else. Just don't go here. They do people more harm than good here. Just don't. Seriously. F this place. Awesome and understanding..can't ask for a better Dr...just wish they could somehow provide dual diagnosis treatment for a fair price and together in one appt. The Buprenorphine has been a miracle for me and my family but there’s other issues besides addiction needing addressed and considering they deal with the issues I need help treating and we already have rapport and trust would be great if could find a way to help treat the complete behavioral med issues for a one price in one appt not have to pay 2 different times for complete and very much needed help.. it’s hard to chose which one is more important when they all need addressed equally for a better quality of life.. or if nothing else take more insurances to help patients like myself. Love everyone there regardless and even more so why I feel confident and comfortable receiving all my treatment...
