Lee Eye Center — Local services in East Liverpool

I have been waiting over three weeks now for my contact lenses to come in. May I mention that these lenses are ONLY my TRIAL contact LENSES. Every time I call and ask about the status of the order, They tell me they don’t know what is going on with my contact lenses. This hasn’t happened just once it has happened four times now. I know for a fact that when there is a problem with a contact order you can contact the lab that is making them and ask them what is going on and the people here are refusing to do so when I have already paid for all of it. The lady on the phone told me she’ll make a note of it to the doctor and whenever the doctor decides to look at it she’ll tell me. The eye doctor that I went to is in the building today so I don’t see why she couldn’t just walk up to her and say hey can you send them an email. This is absolutely ridiculous it has never taken any other eye exam place that I have gone to before this long to get contacts in for my prescription! If I could I would ask for a refund because after having to deal with all of this I do not want to go back there.
