(Updated Review as of 3/25/24) I recently tried ordering the KFC app and was truly shocked at the poor service I received simply because I had mobile ordered. I placed my order and went to the drive-thru to pick it up but I was told I would have to leave the line and come into the restaurant to get my order. It seemed silly but I pulled around and went in. They served 3 drive-thru customers and 1 counter customer that arrived after I entered the restaurant before even beginning my order. After waiting around 15-20 minutes I was finally given my order. When I asked if I would have experienced this wait time if I had not used the app I was told that if I had just ordered normally (not in the app) I would have been served first since I had arrived first and could have remained in the drive-thru. I have never had this unacceptable experience when mobile ordering at any other restaurant in my area. I have no doubt that if there had been more than 4 customers to have arrived while I was waiting they would have stopped any attempt to complete my order and served that person instead. This was a terrible and unacceptable way to treat a customer.

I said I rather have all extra crispy. They did not respond until I said I guess I have to get it mixed.
