My wife and I walked into T mobile Today and met Zoe Brooks at the Calcutta location! We were Looking to switch from Cricket to T Mobile !! She was phenomenal absolutely hands down answered all our questions! Gave us different options to choose from. She was a fantastic listener and made our switch from cricket of being with them for 7 years to T Mobile so comfortable and reassured our decision with confidence!! We are coming back at a future date to finalize everything but I highly recommend her service if your thinking of joining the t mobile family! Read moreThe store itself is nice enough but Sprint is seriously lacking in their ability to streamline processes and their outsourcing of customer service makes it a pain to get anything done on the phone without having to explain yourself two or three times because they have no idea how to react to something that isn't in their script. The language barrier is a very real issue and shouldn't be an issue when dealing with complicated cell phone contracts and issues.
