Extremely rude manager 07/31/2023. A Robert helped me with my purchase. He must be new but he did a great job am asking if I needed help with anything. Going to check out and this woman manger comes out playing a video on her phone and has it playing while her phone is charging behind the counter. While Robert was checking me out he goes on to ask if I wanted to sign up for the rewards. I knew this was a question that was going to be asked I knew i wasn’t going to get one. He proceeds to ask if I wanna sign up and I tell him no. She chimes in with her video still playing at max volume to tell Robert that he “needs to try to sell the me memberships harder cause they are getting smashed by the numbers this month”. That was said word for word in front of me and other customers and it wasn’t discreet. Again, while her video is still playing on the phone. I love my local GameStop and will continue to support it but they need to hire...

This place is awesome! Employees really know what they’re talking about! For the first time in years, I had a Gamestop experience like I remembered. When spoke to the woman about sending out some cars to get PSA graded, she described everything in detail and listed the benefits of doing it through Gamestop. Great to no longer have to pay $150 a year for a membership with PSA and not have to have a minimum of 30 cards to ship at a time.

Inventory is always great even though their website is a little wonky about what’s in stock. Employees are always welcoming friendly and kind.

Prices are normal game stock prices, but usually lineup close to price charting. Altogether...

So this GameStop is in the same plaza as Wal-Mart is. I went in to buy a controller and maybe av game depending on what they had. I always seem to struggle finding a game I'd want. The used game selection isn't at all great Especially. Anyways I went into Walmart and havebought another game. While I was there I checked out some Nintendo switches.
