On May 7th, I was checking out and the Cashier, Jocelyn greeted me in the most genuine and professional manner that litarally caught me way off guard. She had a smile that captivated her genuine greeting, and I was so impressed that I was compelled to return to the store over an hour later to talk to her manager!
A smile and a professional greeting is not only good for business, but makes a difference in people's lives. Holding several leadership positions in my life, my opinion is to promote and utilize her in a position that will impact customer support the most! I would challenge her and mentor her because there is no doubt that she has unlimited potential in the business...

Then when you do price comparison, they take FOREVER and make you late getting back to work from lunch because they don't want to help you. I didn't end up getting it anyways. I didn't have time to pay for it and load it. Another visit, I stood there and stared at doors, and no one asked if I needed help, after an employee (and a half. The other one was helping someone else with a door) walked by. I just took pictures and I'll look for the doors somewhere else. Door hinges... I bought 2 10 ft boards today, he brought me out a board that was twisted to hell and bowed. I asked for another one, he told me I should have picked them out and took them to cashier my self. Nice customer service, and when I got there he had post not the boards I pd for ,and blames the cashier for calling back wrong one, which was not true...
