I won a 2019 Ford Escape from the McDonald's National Mccafé Instant Win Game and I Was sent to receive my New Ford thru Beshore & Koller Ford. Before they knew who I was I was met with a friendly staff who gave us distance and didn't come suffocate us while we were looking at the vehicles. Once I went inside I met the Owner Rick who was a nice, upbeat, chipper older man (No Offense) Who partnered me up with Kiehl Miller. Kiehl had already done some work before I got their and showed me a list of what cars were in my price range and what he thought would be best for me given what I told him I was looking for. He even tried to find me as many deals and discounts as he could to save me more money for my income taxes down the road. Talk about service! He went above and beyond what I ever saw a car salesman do!! Once I picked the car I was interested in we went out and took a look at them. He spent a good deal of time showing me and telling me everything about the cars and what I needed and really didn't need. He didn't rush me at all and this was right before closing time. My husband and I finally found the car of my dreams and Kiehl sat in it with me and showed me everything! All the bells and whistles since I'm use to older cars that don't have all the new high tech gadgets in them. He answered all my questions, even the dumb ones lol and really made me feel at ease. (My anxiety makes normal everyday things so much more complicated than it should be.) The paper work process was a breeze and he saved us so much money. Rick and his team are truly amazing people and they know what they're doing. I plan on bringing my car back for anything it needs and I've already recommended family and friends to come here. I'm so glad that McDonald's set us up with Beshore & Koller Ford and I'm definitely very happy with my purchase!! Thanks again Rick and Kiehl! Keep being amazing people and the family friendly atmosphere going for...
Read moreA year and a half ago, me and my wife were looking to purchase a Bronco. We went to Beshore and Kohler… immediately we were not well received. we felt that we almost had to beg them to show us a 70,000 dollar vehicle. They did not have the price worked up on it, and we said that we would be back the next day. The next day came and upon showing up we were told they still didn’t have the price ready and that the manager wasn’t in we would have to come back Monday. Needless to say we purchased a Bronco from Bob Ruth Ford the same day! Separate note Bob Ruth Ford was phenomenal to deal with!!!
Fast forward to today, we had a minor seatbelt recall on the Bronco, we scheduled it to go in for the recall at Beshore because it is closer to our home. They told us last week they could fix today, upon dropping it off we asked for an oil change while it was in the shop!
They called back two hours later and advised me that the shipment of parts wasn’t in, but they got the $70 oil change done, and that I would have to reschedule the recall.
I then pay for the oil change and am told that the keys to my $70,000 bronco are inside the vehicle which is unlocked sitting unsupervised along the main strip of George St right beside the vehicles they are selling.
I had a conversation with Rick Schaffer who is a sales Rep, and he was very understanding and listened to the entire situation, advised me that he was very sorry to lose me as a customer and did offer me a loaner car if I did bring the Bronco back for the recall repair!
The only reason I gave 2 starts is that their Body Shop which is ran by Ron Martin has done work to my truck twice and they have been nothing but fantastic, with beautifully done repairs!
Beshore give Ron a raise he deserves it, and address your issues in sales...
Read moreI bought what appeared to be a "clean" used vehicle from this dealership. The sale went smoothly and I thought my salesman was honest and great to work with. I traded in a very nice vehicle that was practically brand new. What did I receive? An inferior vehicle that had issues just driving home from the dealership. I called my salesman on my way home and explained the issue. Immediately, the salesman denied all knowledge of the problem and was very aphrensive to making things right - just said call our service department. The last thing a customer would expect from a salesman is for them to brush off your issues to someone else. Where is the integrity? A good salesman and professional business would have said, "turn around and bring the vehicle back and we will make sure to do our best to make things right." But here I am exactly 2 weeks later and over $1000+ spent troubleshooting and replacing parts OEM replacments, with nothing to show for it. I have a family of young children that can't even get driven to school everyday in a functioning, warm vehicle in 20 deg temperatures. This is a warning to Beshore and Koller - I will give you one opportunity to make this situation right and come to a satisfactory resolution. If not, then the vehicle will be towed and dropped off at your dealership and you will return my money and my trade-in. Your reputation that you are so fond of is on the line. Let us see what...
