Fashion Nails II — Local services in East Manchester Township

I've been looking for a new salon since my husband and I moved to Manchester and this place is right down the road so I checked it out tonight for the first time. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK! Lorie was so wonderful. She was very sweet and friendly, very patient, and took her time and made sure I was happy with what she was doing every step of the way. She really cares about her customers happiness regarding the finished results of her work. Her salon is very neat and clean and she offers her guests a free water as well which is nice. We ended up going past closing time and I offered to come back the next day for her to do my toes then but she insisted I stay and she stayed open late just to accommodate me. I’m not going to lie she is a very sweet woman, but my nails are awful, me and my other 2 friends went in my one friends got an letter on her nail and the other just a plain blue set, she was comforting though. The other thing is the acrylic was not even, so when she applied polish it was very weird, and bumpy. Just had my nails done with Lori for the first time. She is SO nice! She truly engages in conversation. She really cares about getting to know her customers on a personal level. As a BUSiness owner of 2 BUSinesses, I know how important quality customer service is and frankly it's often hard to find. Lori also takes the time to do a quality job, constantly checking to see if you are satisfied. Her son, 7 year old Ethan was also there and he was the sweetest, well behaved gentleman.
