This place should make you never want to pay retail AND make shopping at other consignment stores obsolete. Reasons you should shop here-even if you aren't located close by; Their policies a.The only consignment store that i know of that gives you your money back...not store credit but actual form of payment used. Some stores don't offer returns at all-or offer store credit only. b.They don't charge initial drop-off fees to consign with them. I know of at least two other places in york that charge this fee--which means by the time you pay this and sell one or two things-you break even while they've already made $10-$12 off you. c. They give you 50% of selling price. Kid to kid might give you 10-20% of what they sell your item for-(sometimes .50 an item) while other stores most often give you 40% of what they sell your item for. They give you the highest amount back-and without the initial fee for going through your items. d. They pull your items. Other stores that have you come in and pull your own items admit they don't do it because it takes them HOURS -I've done it-you won't FIND some of your items b/c these stores are too packed and too concentrated to get through (yes-Kids klothes) It's frustrating and you realize at some point-if it's frustrating for you to get your clothes out-it must be equally frustrating to shop and sort though all that mess as well. The people who work here! I've been places where the staff act bothered by questions you may have-or like they just simply hate being there. (I'm sorry-I think this does reflect on how they might be treated!) and this place is the OPPOSITE! The people here love being here-go the extra mile to answer questions and seem cheerful always. I can't help but think this has something to do with how they are treated as well! The prices. SO reasonable. I can't stress this enough! So much so that I cannot buy retail toys anymore.period. Birthdays-Christmas-consignment! You simply cannot beat 90% off. I CRINGE now when my kids open a $60 elmo toy or electronic gift that I know will be worthless or outdated in a month-especially when I know it will be at consignment in a month or two for $5! I'm sorry-I'll forgo new-in-box for fraction-of-the-price any day! Many other stores I've been to make the mistake of getting greedy-charging retail prices for used items-I've bought things before I knew better only to get home and find out I paid full value which left me feeling like an idiot for thinking I was getting a good deal just because the place says "consignment" on the front of the building. This is not the case here-they sell Coach to designer clothes at a fraction of the price-I've found burberry, UGGs, deux par deux, etc. I've found women's toggle coats for $8-12. I find deals so great if I can't use them, I get on my phone and text a friend who is the right size b/c walking out without such a good deal would be a crime! They even have sales several times a year where they have dollar bins where I've found items NEW with tags for $1! I've found $1 banana republic jeans, maternity jeans and hartstrings dresses-this is beyond cheap-it's a steal!

Best selection and overall appeal. Although, prices seem to have increased. However, we are living in an age, where small businesses are closing their doors forever; thankfully this establishment, isn't one of them. My Ma and I, always have fun shopping here, for long periods of time - You never know what you'll find!

Tuesday is double punch day, so do yourself a flavor favor and download their easy to maneuver app. They will also put a hold on items for you, for 24 hours and they only lost many order once. Lol things happen.

The people are friendly. The store is clean and tidy, even thei RR which seems to be a challenge at many places. They also routinely rearrange their displays, which I personally find esthetically appealing and fun!!! Great Job...

The store was ok. The girl at the consignment drop off was very friendly and explained their process, and then told me if I wanted to make an appt (I have expensive clothes to consign and don’t want to automatically donate them) I needed to go up to the front counter. I approached the girls at the front counter, and the older lady was rude. She did not seem happy I was bothering her for an appointment. I also work full time 8-5, so I can’t take off time to go consign. And their appointments were either until 4 on weekdays, or three weeks out for a weekend. It’s sort of ridiculous.
