My Fiance and I went there for a new furniture set. They delivered our furniture, and completely scrapped up my wall and actually made a deep crack in the wall from our couch legs. Left brown marks all over the wall from our cushions . The also slid our brand new kitchen table on my floor and scrapped the top part. I called and complained, and a guy came out and looked at the damages.. he thought he was going to get away with fixing the table with a wood PEN!!! Yeah not happening. I called and said "either give me my money back, or get me a new table" A new table is on its way. But the guy that came out just made excuses that the movers had a really tight fit and scrapped the walls.. and to make things worse, it was raining when they delivered our furniture and there was no plastic on my table or my SUEDE couch!! They think 50$ is enough refund for ALL the trouble they put us through!!!! DO NOT go to...

Was going to purchase a child’s bed and another queen bed as well as a living room set here but now..... I Ordered my bed on October 23 was told it would be a two week delivery and I would get a call! Loved the service while there had a great experience while there but now I’m waiting another week for the delivery.... They didn’t even call to say the delivery was going to be late I called them because it’s been 2 weeks !!!!!! super disappointed especially when I made a point that I was pregnant and wanted it as soon as possible. I would have purchased elsewhere if this were the case. I’ll deff be purchasing elsewhere because of this. Almost a month for delivery when I was told 2 weeks is unacceptable. I went into this store today. No one greeted me when I came in. I had to go look for an associate. When I found them, there were 4 people sitting around a desk. 2 of them were on their cell phones, 1 was on the store phone and 1 was just sitting around there. I asked about sleeper sofas, one associate stated that all sofas were available in a sleeper. I then had to ask if someone was going to get up and show me or if I was on my own. By the time they figured out who was going to get up and help I was halfway out the door. Very poor...
