My girlfriend and I were visiting from out of town and are big into wellness, biohacking, and longevity therapies. Thrive IV Bar absolutely blew us away.

We booked multiple treatments and loved every second. I did a 30-minute hydrogen inhalation therapy, 3 minutes of cryotherapy, and a 50mg NAD+ booster shot. My girlfriend enjoyed a 30-minute infrared sauna, 10 minutes in their red light therapy bed, and cryotherapy as well. It truly felt like stepping into the future of health, all in one place.

The facility is spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and ultra-comfortable. Everything from the layout to the lighting created a sense of calm and ease. But what really made the experience unforgettable was the incredible staff.

We were lucky to meet the owner, Stephanie, who was not only warm and welcoming but incredibly knowledgeable. We got to nerd out about cutting-edge treatments and what’s coming next in the wellness space.

A huge shoutout to Erika, who guided us through our entire visit. She made the experience fun, letting us pick our own music during cryo (yes, we were dancing in -200°F), keeping us laughing, and checking in constantly to make sure we were 100% comfortable. During my hydrogen session, she even brought out a space-age eye and temple massager that took the experience to another level of bliss.

Thrive IV Bar has completely redefined what wellness and recovery can look like easy, fun, and deeply relaxing. I went back to Synergy Health (same owners as Thrive IV Bar and next door) a year after my amazing PT experience post car accident for dry needling again and chiropractic help which significantly helps with my pain. My chiropractor, Dr. Avalon was super friendly, she listened to every word I said and I felt loose when I left. As a new (chiro) patient I was offered my choice of a few different treatments at Thrive IV Bar and after a consultation with Dr. Avalon I chose the red light therapy for it's many healing benefits.

The staffs are always so friendly and knowledgeable, both places are so clean and at Thrive you're offered a face spritz, towel, robe and a few other things items to make you feel taken care of afterwards. Dr. Stephanie runs a tight ship (her husband works their as well) and it shows in her staff, the overall look of her spaces and the care she and her staff take of their clients. Like last year, I've booked my services out for a month as timeslots fill up quickly. When it comes to rehab and my general well being, she is the only company I go to and I give her a 10 out of 10. ...

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the benefits of cryotherapy, as well as my past experiences with cold plunges.
