My recent stay at Home2 Naples, Florida, was a pleasant experience overall, earning it a solid four-star rating. While there were a couple of minor drawbacks, the positives certainly outweighed them.
First and foremost, the location of this hotel is simply superb. Situated in the heart of Naples, it provided convenient access to many local attractions, dining options, and shopping venues. This central location was a significant plus for someone like me who enjoys exploring the area while on vacation.
The hotel's amenities were another highlight. The fitness center and pool area were well-maintained and a great way to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The hotel's commitment to sustainability, with features like recycling bins and eco-friendly practices, also resonated with my values.
What truly set Home2 Naples apart was its exceptional staff. The employees were consistently welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Their warmth and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests left a lasting positive impression.
However, there was one aspect that fell short of expectations, and that was the limited breakfast options. While the breakfast was complimentary, the selection was somewhat limited compared to what I have experienced in other hotels, even within the Home2 brand. Expanding the breakfast offerings to include a wider variety of choices would be a significant improvement.
In my opinion, Home2 Naples, Florida, stands out as the best within the Hilton Home2 brand. The combination of an excellent location, well-maintained amenities, and a truly exceptional staff makes it a top choice for visitors to the area. I would certainly consider staying here again on my next...
Read moreI am a lifetime Marriott rewards member at a pretty high level, and on a recent trip to Naples, I took advantage of a southwest airlines offer for bonus points if I stayed at the Home2 Suites by Hilton in Naples. I'm also a Hilton Honors member, but rarely stay at Hiltons. ||My wife and I checked in quickly, and I was thanked for being a Hilton Honors member and was provided a water/snack gift bag. Our room was ready and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.||When we entered the room, it was spacious, clean, and felt a little larger than a comparable marriott room. We had a nearly full kitchen with full size fridge, plates utensils, coffee maker and even a dishwasher. There were plenty of outlets for charging and an efficient desk area that allowed me to do some work during the trip.||We stayed for 3 nights and two days and took advantage of the complimentary breakfast each morning, which had a wide variety of breakfast offerings and was more robust than a standard marriott complimentary breakfast.||The hotel is located near I-75 and off of Pine Ridge road, and traffic on Pine ridge can be a little hectic.||The only things we would change for improvement, is a better thermostat system (the wall unit wasn;t very useful at setting the temp, but my wife was able to get the under-window unit set to keep the room cool. The other thing is that the bathroom and hallway lights are on timers/motion sensors and would repeatedly turn themselves on or off at will with no movement. It was a little distracting, but not enough to make a stink about.||Overall we had a very nice stay and I would...
Read morePLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK. HOUSEKEEPING steals and the hotel knows but will not do anything about it. I do not write reviews but this place deserves one. Recently we had a famiy 7 night stay at this place and it ended up ruining our trip. When we left we noticed specific items missing. The items were expensive women's shirts that dissapeared. I never in my life had anything stolen from a hotel previously so I never thought to lock or take things with me, which I did the same with this place. The day before we left, we went back to the room unexpected and found the housekeeper with her uniform on the side and with a tshirt on. She mumbled something in Spanish looking guilty but we did not understand her and did not make a big deal about it. Now that I recall they were trying clothes and they did collectively. As I reached out to the hotel I was tranfered to the manager. He took my inforation and mentioned he will reach out, but he never did. When I called them again the same manager said that they could not find anything and they can't just accuse or fire their staff becouse employees are hard to find at the moment. I ended up filing a police report and claim charge with Hilton. We will never stay at a Hilton again, not becouse the missing items but how they handled the situation. Just becouse you can't find employees does not mean that you can hire and keep thiefs when you know you...
