I ordered a 12” medium artichoke pie and 1 garlic bread with cheese. This order was placed via Uber Eats.

I wasn’t informed that the company used their own delivery personnel until well after the order was placed. No biggie, I just couldn’t see when they were arriving.

I attempted to call them via the Uber Eats App, however, the phone number was wrong / disconnected.

I attempted to google them a few times but no luck (obviously I succeeded, finally).

The delivery guy arrived, he was very pleasant and polite. Once I saw the food, I was mortified that we spent that much money on slop. Highly dissatisfied considering the other reviews and Uber Eats listing them as “Hidden Gem”.

Grease / oil is soaked throughout the pizza, we ate one slice apiece upon arrival and it just fell apart completely it was so soggy. There wasn’t much of a taste to it either, all I could really pick up on was the almost burnt bottom of the pie.

The garlic bread followed pretty much the same. It was sub-style-bread with garlic, cheese, and maybe some seasoning. However, all I could taste was the burnt edges of the bread.

HORRIBLE PLACE, WORSE EXPERIENCE. I ordered a cheese pizza for delivery to the Ritz Carlton, and when it arrived it had no sauce, raw partially cooked tomatoes and scattered gobs of mozz, and burnt on the edges. I called and they told me to return my delivery, but had no car, AND THEY REFUSED TO PICK IT UP. Then they said that since I tried a slice (figured I would give it a chance but it was inedible), they said I could not return it at all. Finally after I explained how unreasonable this was they offered to refund, but the return never came. When I followed up they were very rude and now refuse a refund. SERVICE PERSON Nassar and the general manager Isovany Hernendez were very rude and argumentative the whole time. There were long period I was put on hold during all interactions. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, EVEN IF THE POOR QUALITY OF MY PIZZA WAS NOT THE NORM, THEIR SERVICE TOWARD CUSTOMERS IS ABOMINABLE!

This place is a fraud first and foremost, it’s under the name west coast wings on their grub hub page. Horrible experience, order a pizza at 7:30 pm for dinner. Called multiple and each time I was told that the pizza had just gone out. And two hours later when I still hadn’t received my pizza and started yelling at people is when had actually headed out with my pizza. Not only was it extremely late but it was stale and cold. Didn’t receive my meal until 9:30 pm. Rude customer service, told me my pizza was delivered to me already when that clearly wasn’t the case, was told each time I called that my pizza was on its way when I’m sure it didn’t even head out until my last call. Condescending girl on the phone just tells people lies on the phone about the status of the food instead of telling you the truth. you should stop being cheap and pay for the delivery these food delivery companies offer.
