Spinnaker Inn of Naples — Hotel in East Naples

DO NOT STAY HERE! Horrible service, they were so rude when asked for anything. Took my money then lost my reservation and it took 4 people, who seemed little concerned, 5 hours to find it. They could have cared less I had a very tired baby with me and it was starting to get late. Finally at almost 10pm they gave us a room. What a joke. The room offered no amenities like a table or lamp by the bed, the towels smelled, the bed cover was stained, there was a wet spot on the floor under the window, the pillows were flat, the neighbors were rowdy past midnight (called the desk asked if they would call them and ask them to be quite and they said they can't do that) there were bugs in the bathroom, the worst part is the people. Most of the staff were rude to the point of disgust. How can people like this work with the public? After trying to cancel or stay to move to a better hotel they refused to refund even a portion of the money. We ended up just eating the loss because it was better than having to stay there more than one night! Never ever have I imagined a place could be this bad, it was a nightmare. also if you read the 5 star reviews then look at the profile of the people leaving them, those people LIVE in Naples. They are FAKE REVIEWS! They are probably the people that work there trying to boost...

This hotel was terrible. The lobby closed at 8pm and did not open again at the listed time of 7am, instead waiting until 7:40 am.

The room itself was water damaged, and not very inviting. Uneven dirty floors, routing in the bathroom corners. The doorway/ threshold had a huge gap which allowed several mosquitos) bugs in. The phone in the room did not work and couldn't connect the office. Lastly, the shower would not heat past luke warm.

I called the office from my cell but no one picked up, and since it closes I had no choice but to wait until morning to resolve the issues.

The guests in the room next to us had a huge domestic fight outside, door slamming, shouting, and horn honking. At 3am - 5am.

Had there been anyone in office or answering the phone we could have resolved some of the issues. Instead we debated on cop calling. Instead we left our room at 5am and went to the IHOP near by, our server informed us that the hotel was "getto".

The next morning the office staff was unwilling to compromise and stood firm that the fighting residents were frequent guests and never cause issues. That the lack of sleep and issues with the room were "our problem".

You couldn't pay me to stay in a place this...

Terrible customer service. I walked in the door and another gentleman was already waiting. I asked, "Where is the staff?" He said she will be back. I had to wait 15 minutes for her to come back with her food and snacks in her hand. Anyway, I asked for a room with a bathtub and the unfriendly lady at the front desk said I don't know which rooms have bathtubs (which is understandable). So anyway, I got my room and went in. I noticye there was no bathtub. I immediately went back to the front desk and asked for another room with a bathtub, and the young lady RUDELY said "I told you I Don't Know Which have bathtubs...' I said in return, "It's not my fault you haven't mapped out which rooms don't have bathtubs.". Anyway the rude lady gave me another room. The hot water in some of the rooms aren't hot,. The water is sometimes lukewarm. Some staff is good but the one I got was terribly rude and didn't care for her job with the way she was acting. I forgot to mention some of the rooms smell like mold , possibly from the Air Conditioning unit. Good Luck, you'll need it if you're booking...
