On April 1st they were scheduled to come out between 3 and 5 p.m. to install dishwasher for me. The guys showed up roughly 3:10 and was very friendly. However he remove the kick plate from my old dishwasher and I start to remove the new dishwasher from The Box by cutting the Bands. He proceeded to tell me to hold on that my new dishwasher won't fit. I asked him how he knows that as I have not even pulled it out of the box yet. He says the Samsung's are too tall he proceeded to take some measurements and give to me. I let him know that I have not yet even pulled it out of the box so how does he know that he cannot install it. Again the response was the Samsung is too tall it's not going to work. At that time I was upset as I have waited a week for this appointment. He could tell I was upset and says well I will try if you want me to. I told him no that I have a buddy that will help me set it up as I had this measured 3 times to confirm the model I need and he can go ahead and leave. He says he doesn't want to leave me upset I told him that's too late I will be calling his boss and I will be leaving a bad review on the website. This is the second time I've used this place. The first time was for a fridge and the service was remarkable and that is the reason why I called them out for this install. And then told him I will not be paying for a service call as he has done nothing and he proceeded to leave. I called ASAP to let them know that I was very unhappy with what happened that I just feel like his employee was being lazy. The owner stated that he would come out and hook it up for free for me and I told him no as since I already felt like I was an inconvenience I'm not looking for anybody's charity. I proceeded to go ahead and remove the dishwasher from the countertop which took me probably 10 to 15 minutes. The owner then shows up and offers again to do the service for free that he didn't want me to be unhappy. I told him no that I already had the job half done and that sometimes you just can't make people happy in business. That is the only reason why I am giving three stars is because the owner did go out of his way to try to make things right but I'm a principal person and if I'm a bother I no longer want your help. I can't say that I won't use them anymore as my first experience with them was the most Pleasant ever but I would definitely make sure they start hiring guys that know what they are doing. It took me a total of 2 hours to hook up my own dishwasher and when I put my Samsung in I had a 1/2 inch clearance that I had to raise the legs up for so I can bolt it to the countertop. Only saying it could possibly be the control board. Then says just call me back out if itâs still not working right. I Call the next day to see what the part and labor would be, the guy sendâs me the part with a price of $300 dollars plus his labor fee of $140 dollars. Then proceeded to tell me I recommend you come in and just buy a used washer from us. So I get online find the same part on eBay for $89.00 dollars. The service was unprofessional and we were out of $55 dollars with no results. And we were getting beat on part and labor for a simple fix. So I called Assap Appliance and James was very professional when he came out to look at my daughterâs washing machine. He took the time to look at it and find out what the issue was instead of guessing and saying it could be this, and he didnât charge anything until he came back to install the part we ordered. And the price was very reasonable. He didnât try to beat us when it came to labor. He saved my daughter money of having to replace her washer. He repaired it so fast and it was something small and simple. Had I been there at the time of repair I would have tipped him.    Read moreI was blown away by the service I received from start to finish. The repair guy Dakota was amazing. The owner James was straight up with me and gave excellent service. The guy who works at the store, Doug, was Heaven sent. I 10000% percent recommend these guys. My dryer broke and I went about 2 weeks without one. I had another company come out first but they were super shady and tried charging me 300 bucks to repair my dryer and when he was describing what was the problem he called the part a Doohickey. I called ASAP appliance on the first thing smoking. When Dakota came out and gave me a quote for $140 I knew the 2nd opinion was the right move. When I went into the store Doug gave me a great deal. He worked with us on the price and gave us tons of discounts. He took money off of the dryer and delivery fee. He didnât even charge us for the initial house call. When I called the previous company to tell them I canât afford $300 for a dryer repair bill they told me it was $100 for just coming out! Thatâs $60 more than ASAP appliance. I am a lifetime...
