I can't even begin to tell you what a pleasant experience this dispensary is, every time I go!
I've been to Noxx at least a handful of times at this point, and every time the staff is so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable! Their atmosphere is so chill, you're able to browse the displayed products in the store before placing your order at the counter. It's not like other dispensaries (Trinity)that make you stand in a line to wait 30 mine, then standing in another line just to get to a budtender who is even annoyed you're there. The budtenders at Noxx are always happy to help and don't rush you or try to upsell you, they really want you to enjoy the experience.
They always have a screen full of great deals--better than anywhere in the area. If they don't have what you're looking for on sale, they will have something similar on a deal, that is just as good. They carry high quality products, as well as the stuff you see locally. I love being able to try new things when they're on a deal.
The building and design of Noxx is so cool. The teal really brings you into a happy, but chill mood. I've been to so many dispensaries that are like a doctor's office, gray and white. When I'm purchasing things to make me feel better, I want to be in a great mood. Noxx's vibe is really that.
There is so much more great things to say about Noxx, I could write forever! I just want to give a shout-out to the amazing staff--yall are the best. Shout-out to the security lady with dreads, who remembers me, and is always happy to see me--give her a raise! She got me and all my friends in at the same time for my birthday party! It was super fun. Thanks to all the staff on 4/13 as well for allowing and handling a large group amongst the other regular customers. It was a great experience and thanks for all your help!! (Thanks guy with long hair who helped me for my birthday and the older lady with the glasses that was super patient and helped my mother with her 2nd time at a dispensary)

Ā Ā Ā Read moreDO NOT SHOP HERE. I just left this store 5 minutes ago and the OWNER and his minions are racist and DON'T MIND PROFILING you, for the smallest thing. I just left this location and I got a ride there.The driver parked in the no parking zone, which was stated prior to me getting out the car. A worker spotted ME WITH HER EYES, getting out of the passenger seat and walk in the store. FACTS...I went to the ATM in there and the aggressive black security person asked was it my car, I stated NO (second time being asked). FACTS. I proceeded to the counter to make a purchase and the white worker KAREN proceeded to run up and tell me that I can't purchase anything due to a car (that's not mine) and she VISIBLY SEEN I was not driving, to move. Why were these aggressive white ppl trying to make me BREAK THE LAW TO MOVE A CAR THAT WASN'T MINE?? I stated in a normal tone it was not mine, THEN I GOT LOUD. NO MEANS NO!! You can't blame another person for someone's else's issue. For her to harass me about a car I wasn't driving, let's me know I was PROFILED. Even if the POLICE WAS CALLED, I COULDN'T MOVE THAT CAR. When I say it was at least 4 to 5 employees that DIDN'T HAVE COMMON SENSE, it was that many. The aggressive owner even came and defended the bs and told me to leave (while I was already walking out the door). The aggressive security guard stated she asked me was it my car when I got loud and I stated NO again as if I was speaking a different language. What's crazy, is if they didn't believe me they could have rewinded their cameras to verify SINCE MY BLACK WORD WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH. There are too many dispensaries in this area to act like that, please give your money to businesses that treat you like human beings. Folks work too hard for their money to be blatantly disrespected. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was tricked into buying a rythm product today by the rudest budtender I'd ever met. I called at 7:50 pm today to ask about the sales they were having for 4/20. They told me they had a sale today for a free 8th on rythm products. I said oh cool, does it matter the product, or the price, can it be an edible? The man on the phone got so angry and just kept repeating what he said originally and louder. Like okay whatever. I placed an order and went to pick it up. Arrived at 8:17 pm to pick up. I'm then informed the sale ended at 8 pm. I called at 7:50 and was confirmed there was a sale. This is the rudest, sneakiest, most deceptive sale I've ever seen in my life. There are plenty of other shops where they won't yell at me on the phone for asking questions about their sales. I have screenshots and records of when I called. I have screenshots of my order placed at 7:55 pm five minutes before the sale ended.
Edit update: I spoke with the manager Brittney and she was really nice. She said she spoke to the budtender and he admitted he did not say the sale ended in 10 minutes. She gave me the deal I was told I would get and was really kind. I just wish I hadn't been made to feel bad for asking questions about the sale.
