It is unreasonable to not allow people to try on clothing before purchasing, especially since the policy is not a return, but you have to exchange it within 10 days. What if you can’t find enough pieces to replace them within this time frame? It’s a gain to you and a loss to the customer. As someone who not only shops here regularly, but also donates yearly, I know I cannot be the only customer disappointed by this change. The two in peoria and one on the edge of Peoria this is the only one that consistently I will make sure to test everything in the store. Too many items put on the shelves that are fully not working at all. This did not used to be the case at this store as I’ve frequently gone for a while.
