They use to be a great place to go, even sent others to do business with them. They do not back up the appliances they sell and the extended warranties are worthless. 2 of the 4 appliances went down within 2 weeks of each other and the service technician had no idea what he was doing. He stood there and told the wife nothing was wrong with the oven that caught fire from using the self clean for the first time on a 3 yr old appliance, then while they were standing there, it started to throw codes out. He said I take that back messed around with it for another 30 min and left. The store told the wife someone else had the same issue with the self clean. The wife keeps all of her appliances in pristine condition, so it's not a lack of care. I would not recommend...

Sid went out of his way today to help replace a part for my 23 year old refrigerator. He didn't have the exact part needed, but he modified what he had available to save me from having to order the exact one, which would have been 3X as expensive. My wife and I are remodeling our kitchen very soon, so though we were not quite ready to replace the existing fridge, Sid's assistance enabled me to fix it and it will now get us through until we're ready to buy a new one. Customer service is out of this world. I ordered a drawer type dishwasher that I knew was a scratch and dent Item. They shipped it to Nebraska for me, and got it to me extremely fast. when it arrived and I unboxed everything my wife thought the face of the unit was damaged a little more than she would like, so I contacted them again and they sold me a new front face. even having to buy the new face this was still a big savings over purchasing a new undamaged unit. they responded to emails very fast and answered every question I had.
