Let me just tell you this nail salon was a life saver. I had originally made an appointment for another nail salon on the same street due to my nail tech being away and I needed my acrylics filled in ASAP. As soon as I walked in I received a nasty attitude from the nail tech for explaining my situation and what I wanted. I understand my nails were a mess, I had 2 broken nails that I knew I had to pay for. When she started to take the gel off my nails, she broke 2 of my nails and insisted I needed a whole new set of acrylics and acted as if I wasted her time telling her I needed a fill in. I had just gotten a new set the last time I went to my nail tech. I explained to her that I just wanted a fill in, and to fix my 2 broken nails. I have never had a nail tech break my tips off from taking off the gel. I felt so bad that I even offered to leave her a tip for breaking 2 of my tips and just taking 2 of my fingers gel off. I ended up leaving shaken up. My nails were even more of a mess. When I drove down the street I saw Coco Nails. I decided to walk in and explain my situation. All the nail techs were super sweet. I walked in around 4:30 on a Sunday and they close at 5:30 and they were pretty busy. They saw how shaken up I was and took me in to fix my nails. I asked them for their opinions if I should get a new set. They told me I did not need it, that they would do the fill in and just fix the 2 finger tips that were already broken. Julie saw how shaken up I was and was super understanding and took her time and did an amazing job on my nails. She even stayed 30 minutes after closing to make sure my nails were in good shape. I am very particular about my nails....about the size the shape and to match the inspo picture that I aspire my nails to look like. I went as a walk in and they took me right away. I usually do acrylic sets but they did a beautiful uv gel set. I am a mom of 4...6 if you count my bonus kids that live with us most days and I cook and clean daily!! My index finger nails broke pretty quickly as my hands are constantly working at home. I went in and I believe Sandra who finished my.nails originally the day I got them done fixed them for me free of charge! She took me right in again as a walk in and fixed them within 10 min as beautiful as ever. I will definitely be back again and this will be my new spot! I LOVE Coco Nails! I discovered this nail salon as a walk in when my go to place was “too busy” to take me. Coco Nails was double their busy and still took me for a gel mani AND pedi. I was literally in and out. They were so efficient and quick and the gel mani lasted almost a month with no chips or breaks which I always deal with! Every one was friendly and welcoming. They worked on my nails while I got my pedi. I appreciated the respect for my time. I’ve been stuck in nail salons for over 2 hours before. Today I came back with my babygirl and we were in and out again. It’s very cozy and just good vibes all around. Happy I found a place close to home that I can rely on with amazing prices....
