I don't understand how this place has 5 stars. No exaggeration, the worst pedicure i ever had.
I went in for a gel french pedicure. The first thing that bothered we was that the nail tech wet the towel in the basin where they let the water drain through after people's pedicure. I don't know if that's clean. So she wet the towl in there and put it in the towel warmer. Then, the product to put in the water for my pedicure was that Soft Soap you can get at the dollar store. Then, as she's doing my cuticles she made me bleed and accused my skin for being sensitive when really she was going too hard.
Lastly, I asked her to file my nails into a square and she did not even after I asked her twice. She complained my nails were too short as to why she couldn't make them straight.

Not only is she always down to do the silly designs I’m always asking her for, her attention to detail is second to none. I appreciate how she’s always taking time to check and make sure my nails are even and shaped well— don’t even get me started on how thin she somehow manages to get my acrylic. Read moreSuper friendly, not crowded on a Thursday evening. I got a fill-in and instead of keeping my square shape, I got an ovalish shape for the first time because I wanna try new things. They charged an extra $10 for changing the shape which I feel is a bit pricey, but with the way it turned out, they made it worthwhile. They were so nice and overall, I would come back again! Also, I low-key was trying so hard not to fall asleep because I don’t get much rest bc I’m on chemo medication and I work, But the nice woman was quick and swift with the service and I greatly appreciate it....
