Worst parking lot in the county, if not in the state. I feel safer on Route 22, on an unseasonably warm New Year's Eve than in this death rally. Cars tear around this lot, totally indifferent to pedestrians or other motorists. I'm truly surprised there aren't more accidents here. And be doubly careful for those lunatics patronizing the Krispy Kreme: their thirst for coffee is surpassed only by their thirst for vehicular chaos. Also, it needs to be repaved, and that two-way stop sign (that everybody ignores) should be converted to an all-way stop (that everybody ignores). Did I mention that the lot abuts ERPD HQ; make of that what you will. And to add insult to injury, there's an ALDI. For shame. Over the years, this shopping complex has vastly improved, and now it’s a popular destination for locals for shopping and dining. An Aldi store opened its location here. There’s a huge Panera Bread. Krispy Kreme has a store here. Now they have some really good food options too like Pho Today (Vietnamese), The Port Peri Peri Chicken, Taqueria Los Gueros. There’s a Marshall, liquor store and dollar tree here as well.

Lots of parking spots are available. It’s so huge that one needs to drive from one end to the other end of the complex. The pavement in the parking lot needs some fixes.

We came here for their grand opening and I was hesitant since you never know with new restaurants. I was extremely pleased with this place! It's bigger than your average Vietnamese restaurant which means shorter wait times to be seated! The Pho was phenomenal, tasted amazing! The broth is an indicator of great Pho and this place has it! Their summer and egg rolls are also freaking amazing! They're wrapped so well and don't fall apart when you bite into them! 110% recommend the Pho and all their rolls!
