The saleswomen are unprofessional, classist and treat you with discrimination. I told them what I could buy with $100 they told me nothing because everything was worth more than $100. When I asked her about some earrings that were worth $75 and I asked her why she said nothing if there are many things from $30-50 she told me yes, most of the things are worth more than $100. I went around the entire store looking at prices on my own since their disposition made me feel uncomfortable and they would sit around the display case blocking my view. I asked them for permission to see the merchandise and the gossip among them was so good that they got upset when I asked for permission. Is that discrimination? Do they think they own the store or what? Terrible service? Do they discriminate against me because of my work clothes or because I was only going to spend $100? In the end I chose a product ON MY OWN for $130 because I didn't have time to go anywhere else since it was a gift. The bracelet was a little too snug so she asked if I can exchange for a bigger size. I called this location since its closes to our home. The sale associate was very nice over the phone. I gave her the item number she told me we have two in stock. I go right away. I waited about 5 minutes to be helped. When itās my turn, the associate says let me check to see if we have it in. I told her about my phone call and says ok let me get it. Well apparently it says two in stock but they donāt have it or couldnāt find it. Glad to know they love wasting peoples time and not doubling checking. God forbid you do a little more and double check before saying yes we have it. This interaction took about 22 minutes. As I was being helped a man stormed out of the back and stood by the register and yelled at one of the Sales Associates! Come to find out heās the Area Manager! Iāve worked in retail for over 5yrs and never have I seen nor experienced anything like this. Never have I had a Manager yell at me or one of my coworkers in the office let alone on the sales floor. To see someone with a title of an Area Manager whoās supposed to lead by example yell from across the store onto the sales floor at a sales associate. Was UNPROFESSIONAL!
