I went there because it was one of the closer locations to get my phone fixed or get a new phone. They messed with my phone a bit and then said that they donât know how to fix iPhones and Iâd be better off getting a new one. So I ordered a new phone and they said theyâd call when it came in in 2 or 3 days. It came in 4 days after I ordered it, which they didnât even tell me; and I had called that same day to ask if it was in. They said theyâd check and get back to me. They didnât. So I called again (had to wait until Monday for them to open) and after 15 minutes of the guy on the phone half listening to me, half having other conversations, he confirmed that my phone had arrived on Saturday. So I went in to get it. Unfortunately, something another employee had done to my phone when I first brought it in made it impossible to sync the data from my old phone. So, at THEIR recommendation, I made an appointment at an Apple store to fix the data issue before I paid for the phone at Verizon and switched over. I couldnât get an appointment at Apple immediately; I took their first available time. After a few days someone named Thomas from Verizon called and said that theyâd appreciate it if I would let them know if I still wanted the phone and that it was inconsiderate of me to have not contacted them to say whether I still wanted it or not. I told them if theyâd called me when the phone came in, that wouldâve been appreciated and the whole issue would be sorted by now. Apple updated my phone and fixed it. No new phone needed. Unfortunately, I followed the advice of the Verizon employees and now Iâm stuck with a $50 screen protector and also a phone case for a phone I ended up not getting. As an update, I went back to the store to pickup my phone which was on back-order and came in a week before it was originally scheduled! When I got there another employee I hadn't seen before was helping another customer, working hard to fix a problem the customer had with fraud on their AT&T account (don't ever use AT&T). While she was working on it she looked over at me and asked if she could help. I told her I was picking up my phone and she started helping me, multi-tasking, while still helping the other customer. After a very pleasant experience, my beautiful new phone in hand, I went on my way. After realizing I'd need a new cable for the car, I went back in the store to get one to find there were five other customers there, and the employee was helping them all. She called me by name and said, what do you need? I told her a new cable, she picked it out right away, rang it up and then I was on my way.    Read moreI went into this store location after my screen became pixleated. I used the phone a few moments before it happened and left it on my desk next to me (where I sat the entire time). A few minutes later the screen became frozen and pixleated. The guy at the store told me it was cracked even though there was no visible crack and I explained to him that nothing happened between uses. I asked him what my options were and he said you have no options. He refused to help me further and was very rude from the start. He was very combative and lazy in terms of helping out the customer. I went to another Verizon location. The guy at that location took out my battery and put it back in. The screen became fully illuminated with some pixleation. He told me the phone is covered under warranty and to send it in to be replaced. The other store was very friendly, and determined to find out the problem. They believed me when I said it wasn't cracked and proved me right. The other location saved me from having to shell out money for a new phone when there was nothing I did to my phone to cause a voided warranty. I will get the new phone this weekend thanks to the...
