Broadway Party Rentals — Local services in East Rutherford

If I could give zero stars—I would. They take forever to respond even when time is of the essence, took forever to send us a final quote and then warned that we would have to pay a late charge fee if we paid after a certain time. Then when they found out we were getting some of our other rentals from another company (the venue had a preferred vendor) they suddenly said they could not fill our order unless we got all of our rentals from them instead. Its the day before the event and I’m not about to switch everything over to them just because they wanted us to. So they cancelled on us with less than 24 hours til the event and gave us a super lame excuse. Mind you, the event was a charity event for cancer research. They didn’t care. WILL NEVER TRY to work with them again and you shouldn’t either. This kind of behavior and poor business practice should not be rewarded. Luckily found another source and they were fast, professional and very nice. DONT waste your time go...

We just got our chairs from them- but we were glad we were able to get them. Originally we had garden chairs, but a few months before the wedding I saw the chairs with the tables and didn't like them. So I asked our rental company if we could switch but by then they were out of those chairs, but luckily broadway rentals did have them!
