CVS — Local services in East Whiteland Township

Do not use the pharmacy for getting your prescription services. You will not be cared for, for receiving your medication on time, and the staff is rude and could care less about you, as a client or patient who needs their medications. They offer a reminder program that they do not honor. I have always had a problem with their service in the pharmacy. I will be taking my business back to Walgreens, where I have never had a problem. The only reason that I have been dealing with them is because they are close to my home. I would rather drive a few towns over to not have to deal with the hassle of going through CVS for my pharmacy needs, since they rarely are ever met. I have never been treated so disrespectfully, and they should not be providing medication’s to people, especially if they can’t respect their clients by contacting them to let them know that they are not available in advance, considering I had gone in the day before and was told that my medication would be available to me today. They waited until the end of the day, to let me know that my medication would not be available, and that I had to drive to another location to go pick it up. I would like to Thank Mike, Emily and Jen especially for their help when visiting the Frazer store. I unfortunately do not live close to this store, but was in the area. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with smiles and this was on a couple occasions. Emily went out of her way to find what I was looking for and even searched to see if it was still in their storage room. Then Mike who was so gracious found it at other CVS stores, which they held and also offered to ship to Frazer. I am retired and I have time to shop. Most stores just ignore me and never, ever ask if I need help and are never nice. What does it take to be kind anymore. The great customer service that I received in this store is a rarity in this day and that is so sad. I will definitely visit this store more often, for me it’s worth the drive. The only reason I can give it 1 star is because I can give it 0. This place has been horrible since Covid and even had to close the pharmacy for a few months for staffing issues. well over a year later and they still have not figured it out. I. do not know how a place with such customer service can still be in business. Went to the doctors Friday morning and he sent it a script for some eye drops, I watching him do it on his laptop. Stoped by CVS after work, around 4:30is (easily 5 hours later). They told be nothing was called it. I said I watched the DR send it on his laptop and got a sharp"Not to CVS" so i left. Saturday late morning get a call from CVS on the caller ID and joked to my wife, "watch it be my eye drops". and yes, it was. i thought CVS did jot have the script. anyway getting stuff filled at Wegmans for now on.
