I speak as someone who has previously enjoyed Seasons Pizza at other locations. When I moved to Malvern, I had hoped to continue enjoying Season's Style pizzas. This was not the case.
I have been ordering Pizzas from the Malvern location in various ways at various times over the last month. More often than not, I have been getting old, not fresh pizzas. Sometimes uncut. Sometimes clearly repurposed with peperoni thrown on after the oven. On most of the pizzas I have ordered from the Malvern Seasons the crust has been stale. I tried switching from ordering ahead to ordering for instant pickup, and still I get a pizza that has obviously been sitting for some time with hard, congealed cheese. I don't know how I have to order to get a fresh pizza anymore. I am not writing this review based on one bad experience, this is a pattern observed from someone who was hoping and trying to get a good experience, but was consistently getting disappointed.
There is a different, similarly-priced pizza place from a much larger chain that is in the exact same parking lot. If you care about the consistency of you pizza, you may want to give them your patronage.
Photos below: They forgot to cut this pizza after adding the pepperoni. Luckily I had a pizza cutter at home. The pizza was so old the pepperoni was obviously added after the cheese...
Read moreWe've eaten at the Concord Pke location so many times and it has always been great! That's why we were excited when this locale opened. Our excitement faded quickly however.
We have given this place several chances and something has been wrong every time. We just got $40 in food delivered, no dressing for the salad, even though I asked for French no utensils either. That's better than our previous experience when they totally forgot the salad all together! My $22.99 seafood combo featured an overpriced dried out, stale "baked" crab cake. The wife's calzone was such a mess, ten million pepperonis and two shads of mushrooms, and no one told her she would not get sauce, guess that's a "we shoulda' known" thing. The onion rings and bread/roll was good, anyway. The pizza is never consistent, we got a really good one one night, and we were so happy, we thought we'd repeat the experience a week later. It was a fluke, it was terrible, the wrong amount of everything with improper cooking, the underside was raw.
If you go, roll the dice, it's truly a crap shoot. My advice, keep it simple, order what you think a 16 year old kid can't screw up.
It's not the same food as the Delaware Restaurant, which has been spot on every time. Make no mistake the pizza is not made the same way as it's Delaware...
Read moreI planned a work pizza party for 80 people that were in 2 different buildings on our campus. I chose Seasons Pizza because they were recommended and also because they deliver. I ordered 11 pizzas for 1 building and 16 pizzas for another building. I spoke with the manager Anthony because I was a little nervous ordering so many pizzas from 1 pizza place for delivery to 2 different buildings right at the same time - LUNCH TIME! He assured me they could handle it and he gave me a good discount. Management asked me to arrange this so it would not be cool if things did not go well. Well despite my apprehension Seasons Pizza executed flawlessly! The pizzas arrived 10 minutes early and they were hot. Everyone commented that the pizzas were really good. The order was perfect despite having multiple types of pizzas at each location. They marked the boxes so that we easily knew the pizza types given so many boxes. They provided all of our paper goods and there were enough for the entire group. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. We are a large company and attendees took note and will also use them again. Thank you to Season's Pizza! ...
