Jungle Land Indoor Playground — Local services in East Whiteland Township

Jungle land is a very good place for kids, I have been here couple of times and my kids enjoyed alot. However, It is my sons birthday today which is on a monday and as they don’t offer birthday parties on Monday, I booked play for my 2 sons and 6 of his friends.

I called Jungle Land 1 time before booking and 1 time prior to coming on Monday for confirmation about few things, I asked them if we can cut a cake, they told cake cutting is not allowed if it’s not booked for a party, which is understandable. I also asked if I can get a balloon and click pics, the staff told yes I can. I also asked if I can bring food and snacks They told yes “any” food except for nuts. I also checked website, it tells the same about food, “Please feel free to bring any food and drinks that you would like except nut products”.

I reached the venue without a cake as told by them I got a number 3 balloon.,which they refused me to take inside, I agreed and kept back the balloon in my car. I got pizza and noodles. They told noodles are not allowed only pizza can be eaten, I agreed and kept back. I agreed peacefully because I didn’t want my sons birthday to end on a bad note.

I just want Jungle Land to be more clear about the rules on there website and requests all the staff to be on the same page. If they were clear about the rules, I would have only done what they expect, and it would have been the...

I took my 3 year old and 7 month old to Jungle Land this week and we all had a blast! The space felt very clean and was open so that I could see my 3 year old if he ran to the next exciting thing! The ball pits and slides were a big hit as was the jungle merry go round! There was a small baby section which my daughter was able to sit in for a bit before he brother pulled us along. There was an area with tables and chairs (both child and adult size) to have snacks (available to purchase or BYO) or lunch that was also open to the play area which was convenient. We had such a great experience! I originally booked an open play session in March, but unfortunately, my whole household got sick and we had to cancel. I reached out to the email listed on the website to ask about a refund or rescheduling, and I received an immediate response. The owner was incredibly responsive and flexible, which I really appreciated.

We finally made it yesterday and had so much fun! The space was clean, not too crowded, and offered a variety of activities for little ones. My daughter had an amazing time. We’re already planning to come back soon! Thank you for creating such a wonderful space...
