We have used multiple times and will never be going back. Every time there has been an issue. First few times our dog was nice and tired but had bloody areas on legs. When we asked we were told that they play ball on the cement…. As the supervisors of the dog you would think they wouldn’t do this and or tell us about the injuries…. No. Then we boarded her there for 4 days, heard no feedback whole time dog there and nothing was mentioned at pick up. About a month later went to book one overnight and they called and said she can only come if she’s on medication. I said why, they said last time she was here she was so anxious and hyperventilating and it was scary. I said why did no one call us or at least tell us when we picked her up. We could have had a family member get her early if she was in distress. They said oh we meant to sorry. We took a break but decided to use daycare again, went once went well and had good feedback. Two days later I arrive and I could hear her screaming/ barking from the parking lot. I went in and the man said she had been really off and that she was better the day before. He said she was barking like that all day, I said why do you let them bark like that, you should call. I told him she wasn’t even at the facility the day before and he inisisted she was…. She was not. She came out shaking. I told him we would never be using the facility again. Fast forward five days kennel cough. And others we know who used facility also had kennel cough. They never even reached out to warn us, luckily the vet knew. Then when they called to get the bill paid I said never mind the few hundred dollars the vet bill for kennel cough was…. They wouldn’t even admit it. They just mentioned the flu and asked for payment, no apologies…. It seems to be more of a job for them and less of a taking care of animals. When you drive by you can hear dogs barking incessantly. If you care about your animals and want them to actually be loved I would...
Read moreWe stayed a week at the Cape with our two dogs. Bought a daycare package and brought them here the whole week! Cannot say better things. Both dogs had an absolute blast. It was a hassle free, no stress experience. Dropped the dogs off in the morning and picked them up in the evening, absolutely tired! All of the employees were very kind and took care of our dogs like they were their own. I cannot recommend this place more! If you’re coming to the Cape with your dogs, make a reservation for them to attend the daycare here as I’m sure it fills up very quickly (we booked out about a month...
