Large selection of clothing. Pricing ok. Sales staff that is welcoming but not hovering. Shop carefully as returns are not accepted, even in the case of defective merchandise. I recently purchased two watches there. Due to an oversight on my part, I did not notice one of the watches was not working. I believe it was the battery. I returned within two hours of noticing and showed the watch to same personnel I purchased from, and asked for a return or exchange of merchandise. I waited 15 minutes while she checked with her manager, after which I was told “all sales are final.” I accepted that it was an honest mistake on their part; however, as a customer I did not receive the same courtesy. I received no apology that they sold a nonworking watch, nor did they in any way try to compensate, or do what would have been honorable under the circumstances. So for the price of a $12 watch they lost...

Was greeted at the door with “oh, you’re early” and was told very rudely that I was not allowed to present any of my clothing (nice brand new prom dresses and heels) because you NEED an appointment. When I asked how to make an appointment the woman laughed and shrugged her shoulders. She then said they are booking until late August and only accepting fall clothing. She was very rude, unwelcoming, and of no help when I asked additional questions. I’d rather donate my clothes...

Went there Saturday with my sister from out of town, snob city went in there with active wear on, and they looked at us like gross know hello no can I help you prices way too high because she washes and irons so she thinks she can over charge bad manners there I'd never ever go...
