Large selection of clothing. Pricing ok. Sales staff that is welcoming but not hovering. Shop carefully as returns are not accepted, even in the case of defective merchandise. I recently purchased two watches there. Due to an oversight on my part, I did not notice one of the watches was not working. I believe it was the battery. I returned within two hours of noticing and showed the watch to same personnel I purchased from, and asked for a return or exchange of merchandise. I waited 15 minutes while she checked with her manager, after which I was told “all sales are final.” I accepted that it was an honest mistake on their part; however, as a customer I did not receive the same courtesy. I received no apology that they sold a nonworking watch, nor did they in any way try to compensate, or do what would have been honorable under the circumstances. When I asked how to make an appointment the woman laughed and shrugged her shoulders. She then said they are booking until late August and only accepting fall clothing.
