My husband got me diamond earrings from this store for Christmas. They were beautiful, but unfortunately the backing came off very, very easily. The first time I noticed this was when I was putting on a jacket, lightly knocked the earrings, and one fell right off. I assumed it was a fluke, found the earring, and put it back in. Unfortunately, it came off a second time the next day and I was unable to find it.

When I went into the store to explain that I had expected more from an expensive set of earrings, they simply gave me a copy of my receipt and told me to file a claim with my homeowners insurance. I expected more as they sold a $400 pair of diamond earrings with no catch on the post or screw on backings. Not only that, but the fact that they came off SO easily had me questioning their quality. Not happy at all me and my husband had brought in some diamond earrings we got from kays when we had got there they dint even bother to authenticate the earrings. They have told us that we had bought fake earrings when we had bought them from Kay’s. We had to bring them back to kays jewelry in Annapolis where they had showed us the stamps and the numbers that if they would have took their time and just looked they would have seen that they were 100% real. Unfortunately that’s how people get treated because of their appearance not saying that they were the most valuable earrings, but a carat and a half princess cut diamonds it’s not a cheap diamond nor is white gold but good thing that we went back because we got our full value back for the earrings, but not a good experience in this...

TNT Jewelers exceeded expectations. We came in today to look for wedding bands because our close friends raved about getting theirs there. Jenny 5 stars for her alone, welcomed us so warmly made us feel so at home. I’ve never felt so comfortable and heard with jewelry selection. The experience was fun and the selection was so vast, I ended up falling in love with a band I hadn’t even considered and can’t wait to wear it always. Even my fiancée who’s not a big jewelry guy tried on quite the selection and found his band today too.
