The first number, the Easton store that sent me on my way with "package deal," that had no service in my area and no refund for their misinformation; the second number, I received choices from menu 1) enter extension of party you wish to reach: "Owner" left no extension - 2) the operator - "operator unavailable at this time." I've been calling for 2 days and 3) leave a message. Reply: "Mailbox full."

   Read moreI really prefer not to leave reviews, but in this case I felt it needed to be said. I had a simple request - I installed a new SIM card, and everything worked fine except voice calls. I was told, very directly, that I needed to buy a new phone, and there was nothing they could do to help me. No one asked to see my phone, just asked what kind it was and said that itâs old, and it wonât work anymore. I know itâs not the latest, but my phone is not that old. This experience was in sharp contrast to the outstanding tech I got when I called Verizon directly. She could not have been nicer or more helpful. And yes, she also fixed my problem. I believe the gentleman who helped me is named John and his reviews of the phones we discussed was very thorough. He helped me with activating my Verizon phone that was purchased elsewhere but gave me the same time and consideration needed to remedy the problem. Other Verizon stores in the area turned me off to dealing with an in-store experience but I should have tested one more and gone to Wireless Zone.
