Carter's — Local services in Eastvale

Let me begin with this lady at your eastvale CA store. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager but acted very rude to us. We just came to do a exchange for a smaller size and without saying anything you can tell she was upset we did an exchange. In the computer the item we wanted to buy was cheaper so she wanted to mark up the price to match the item we had bought before, instead of giving us the cheaper sale price available that day. I caught it on the screen she that was marking it up and she knew i caught her marking up the price. Until i comfronted her she deleted the marked up item and sold it to me at the right price. Is this standard practices to rip off customers? Our first visit was a joke, because the girl was so proud saying that all others stores had a special promotion on items but not the eastvale location because they were never imputed on the computer. They were so happy not give customer the cheaper price! The California Weights and Measures would frown on that kind...

Wasnt approached or asked if I needed help until 15 minutes into my shopping. There were 3 girls at the register. One was in training which was fine, however myself and the lady being helped were the only customers in the store. I had to wait to be checked out while the third girl was just tidying up and could have easily checked me out. The lady who was being checked out had alot of items. So I had to wait a bit which I wouldnt have mind if no one else could have got me outta...

So happy they are open again! My kids and I love the shopping environment and the small toy collection they have... it's easy to keep them busy while I shoo for clothes but still feel safe with them running around a little bit. The staff is also amazing!!...
