Hello I have been here twice now. Both times I was treated very nicely by both Tommy and Puja. Puja was working the day I decided to purchase my 💍 engagement ring. She was very patient, kind, good at listening. She asked me questions to make sure I was happy. She helped me to make the right decisions. She answers my questions honestly and without bias. I really appreciate Puja. There is a security guard who sits at the front of the store. He is quiet and will smile at you on your way out. Best Customer service ever! My husband upgraded my Ring back in November 2019. My ring was absolutely stunning, I was so heartbroken when something on the ring broke. We were greeted with a friendly smile, the staff listened carefully to our issue and we were taken care of right away! Thank you to Kim and Debra for taking care of us!
