Versaci Nails Spa — Local services in Eastvale

I went here for a gel builder with color and a pedicure, the first time she painted my nails i didn’t like it all the color was over my cuticle, i asked her to remove the polish off my cuticle, she proceeds to try and remove the color from my cuticle! It was not looking right so she filed around and tried to repaint what she filed off, it was horrible! Looked worst than the first time, i looked at it and told her i don't like it and she took off all the color and filed off all the gel builder that she did previously. I said nothing, she then gave me the color I requested and I regretted ever deciding to do my nails at this salon, the second time looked just as bad as the first. She was very sweet but the work was unacceptable. The first time i went i experienced the same tacky bulky look. Both times it was done by older women. This place need to put the older women to do what they can and not have them do everything . I only paid and left because i didn’t want to make a fuss over something that she clearly couldn’t fix. $125 for a regular french tip pedicure and a gel builder with color, the only and regrettable reason i went to versaci nails and spa was because the nail shop i wanted to go was closed! Update: the nail tech redid my nails. I am satisfied with my nails. To make it clear, I was satisfied with the 1st set until my nails started popping off at random. This set seems to be very sturdy and looks great as well.

I was so excited after the lady finished my nails. They looked great and felt great... See I'm a mom of 3 toddlers, and my time at the nail spa is R&R for me every 3 weeks. I tried out this nail spa since it had a good rating on yep. I usually get the regular acrylic but she convinced me to get Gel X Buddha. Well unfortunately I'm not happy at all. I got my nails done on Monday, on Wed (same week mind you) my middle nail polish broke in half. I never seen anything like this. I went back, she reapplied the gel and design then I left. Yesterday, Thursday the same thing happened to my thumb nail. That's not it today, Friday the same thing happened to my pointing finger nail. I called them and told them what happened they told me to come in and they would fix it. I don't have time to keep coming back every time a nail pops off. (I'm a mom of 3) 😒 I came in and told them to just refund my money, I paid $95 (plus I tipped), and spent over 3 hrs of my time, and all the gentleman could say was there's no refunds, but they'll fix the nails...I don't...

I had a very interesting experience.

Pros: -No wait at all. -Decent prices. -My lady was super friendly and did a great job on my french nail polish for my pedicure. -She even helped so much by pulling a deep ingrown.

Cons: -After pulling the ingrown, as she was cleaning up the cuticle, she nipped the corner of my toe a couple times which caused it to bleed A LOT. It was very obvious and took about 20 minutes to stop bleeding. Even then, I had to clean up with alcohol when I got home. -On the other big toe, she pressed to hard when cleaning the sides and did something to my toe that has been causing me pain ever since. When I got home, my toe was hurting and sensitive, and pus was leaking out the side. Its been two days and it still hurts when I walk. -As I paid, the man at the counter persisted I leave a review. I thought maybe for a discount but I already paid so I thought that was strange. After leaving a short review on yelp, he proceeded to grab my phone to "see" but then ended up copy and pasting my review to google too. I have never been coerced to leave one review at a salon, let alone 2, for nothing in return. -After all of this, I didn't receive a discount or even an I'm sorry.
