Absolutely, the worst in the business. If there was a 0 star that’s what this company would get. Let’s start here, from the day my services were connected I had issues with the internet. Contacted them multiple times to have the issues corrected. The customer services is atrocious, I was given I believe a $9 credit for a service that didn’t work properly for since the date installed. Their techs, now that’s just another story. They’re either not properly trained or just don’t know the business. We’ve had 3 come that were in and out within 5 minutes, no exaggeration. 2 spent some time checking a couple things then telling us the satellite dish is what’s making the single bad. We removed that and accommodated them on many occasions with their 4 hour windows which is totally ridiculous.

The internet keeps going out and they keep sending people out to fix it and then it only works for a day or so. And now my internet keeps going out every 30 mins. I’ve been so frustrated with this. And with all the trouble I’ve had I wasn’t even offered a discount for my internet barley working. Now I’m waiting til tomorrow to see if the next person they have coming out can fix my internet. Read moreI think this is a case of you get what you pay for. I have their internet service only (no cable tv) and while it's not a bargain price, the connection is SOLID. I'm almost never down and the speed is consistent.
My service was once down for a day so I called for them to check things out. A gentleman showed up within 24 hours. There were physical devices on the pole that were antiquated, water logged, etc. He fixed it and I haven't had a problem since.
So for nearly ten years now I've had great internet service at my house and only once was I down. I feel bad for those who are dealing with a competing local telecommunications company. I've heard horror stories about them and am very fortunate that I have a cable line...
