I loved so many things here however I can't believe the way I was treated by staff. I had been browsing and picked out a few items to buy when I jokingly asked my wife about a necklace that said 666 that's description read an angelic number associated with positivity and balance. I said doesn't that number represent the devil in a very quiet manner. The manager of the store then very loudly from behind the register said that if I was going to talk badly about there store then I was going to have to leave. I said I wasn't and was just asking my wife her opinion and he said once again that disrespecting the store wasn't going to be tolerated. I was flabbergasted and when I asked an associate for his name as he was the manager she told me they are not required to tell me anything and that's that. So I left but it was a really awkward and bad experience I won't be going back there... very strange way to support customer service and your right...

Every time I'm at the mall I always stop here to buy something. Yesterday, the kids and I waited without any issue to get in due to capacity limits. No problem at all. When we got in my daughter and I were getting incense, I was even putting some in bags already to buy. A lady kept bugging us to smell the incense through our mask instead of pulling our masks just below our nose so we could actually see if there was some new ones we'd like to try. After pretty much harassing for the 3rd time, the last of which both our masks were up above our nose trying to smell them, I just told the kids let's leave.

I understand safety, no issue wearing a mask but if I'm going to have to buy scents blindly I might as well do online. We actually just left the mall entirely after that. Time to buy peaceful and enlightening...

A great experience each time I come here! The staff have always been welcoming and helpful each time I visit. Although this store is on the pricy side, they have great quality products. My favorite lotion sold here is the Hemp Seed High Tide lotion and I love the smell of it. I also love the incense and they actually have great deals on it and a wide variety to choose from. I have gotten a few items of clothing here that are comfortable, however, I usually come here for incense, accessories, and body care items (like lotion). I will definitely be coming back to this location and I highly recommend it to anyone who stops...
