came here on valentine’s day, there was only one younger guy working, when we walked in there was one person sitting & eating. The worker said he’s really busy with online orders and we have to wait to order, there ended up being a line behind us. When he finally took our order after 20 mins he said it would take another 20 to make. When we asked questions abouthe menu he couldn’t answer them and didn’t have much menu knowledge. Our edamame had no seasoning on them at all (not even salt) 2/10, the chicken teriyaki bowl was 2/10 also they didn’t have white rice so had to use sushi rice, and the chicken was absolutely foul, grossest looking chicken ever. Was expecting the ramen to be alot different but the flavor was good, the broth was just different than usual. Read moreI ordered a takeout order of Philly roll WITH CRAB and California roll and some eel sauce. When my boyfriend got home with the order, my philly with crab was salmon. I can not eat salmon. So when I call to ask them to fix it a guy goes “well what do you want us to do about that” when I said to make my right roll they decided to say “well you need to bring the salmon back first” like excuse me? THATS DISGUSTING. You don’t know what kind of person ordered it. You don’t know how clean they are or if they did anything to it. They were extremely rude when they couldn’t make a simple order or make it right. I don’t even care that I had to bring it back like I won’t eat it but that’s not okay for a restaurant to do. Ordered the Teriyaki Shrimp Bowl, and while the menu says all bowls come with avocado, cucumber, and carrots, all I got was a small bowl of rice with three pieces of tempura shrimp and some sauce. And the tempura breading on the shrimp was soggy — no crunch at all. Not a good first impression, but I’m all for giving second chances to new, unique restaurants. I’ll be back to try other items from the menu, and I hope the business can improve on the tempura...
