My daughter and I were just recently at the store. I had Plan on purchasing close to $500 in merchandise from the store For my friends and family for Christmas. I knew exactly what Brands and colors I was looking for. Some of the items on my list were locked up. There was a sales associate helping another customer in the aisle that I was in. so I stood there waiting patiently. approximately 2 minutes. The sales associate Never even acknowledge that I was standing there! Not I’ll be with you in one second or let me find someone to help you. NOTHING Just looked at me and completely dismissed me. I thought no big deal I understand she is assisting a customers I’ll go find a different sales associate. One walks by me. I say “excuse me” She looks at me and says “I’m with a customer” and walks past. Ok can then It is clear to me that this store doesn’t need to make money by the way they treat there Customers! I understand being busy during the holiday season it’s fully expected!! I have no problems waiting! I fully expect that!! What I did not expect was to be completely and blatantly dismissed by Sales associates!!! It’s not a place I’ll spend MY money. I wonder how top make up brands like TART And other high end make up brands would feel about losing money Due to poor sales associates. I also place probably a monthly order online from the store which I will no longer be doing!! Read moreI am pretty disappointed in the customer service that has been provided lately. This has happened on numerous occasions.
I was in the store 20 minutes before a scheduled service. I walked around looking at the different products while waiting, and not a single associate greeted me. No one asked if I needed any assistance with finding products. When a customer did ask for help, the associate was reluctant to walk away from her fellow associate to help.
I overheard two of the associates talking about "Pickle christmas," which, if you are a college student or from the area, you will understand. That conversation could have been paused to greet me or the other customers who were also within earshot.
If it wasn't for the amazing esthetician, Wendy, I likely wouldn't shop at this location. When Wendy retires, I'll go elsewhere for services. For now, you should pay her more and give her a bigger space. The salon is struggling and doesn't need all that space.

Read moreThis is NOT about the store, I don’t have a problem with the store in fact I worked there several years back. This is a review of the salon. I had a haircut in November. The stakes were low as I was just getting a trim. The haircut itself turned out fine HOWEVER the stylist, Allen, was very very physically rough. My hair is fine and thin and really couldn’t handle that. My hair was literally snapping and coming out from the stylist brushing and pulling so hard. I didn’t know a haircut could be so aggressive. I’m not sure how the stylist didn’t pick up on my many non-verbal cues that it was straight-up painful. Super awkward experience, so much so that I didn’t really know what to do in the moment. Additionally, I was informed by him that stylists are/were required to wear masks but he was wearing his well below his nose. I’m not the type to leave a review but it’s really just in the hope that he gets some constructive criticism so that no one else has to endure that.
