This place is disgusting. I work in the mall as a store manager.. I would never make anyone feel the way the staff on 08/14 made me feel based on clearly what i was wearing.. Ive been a store manager at a few places, i know the whole gig with checking up every two seconds because you think someones going to steal. I walked in in jeans and a tank top, and i was looking for a few outfits i saw online. I got the whole “you doing okay” every 5 seconds, they followed me around while i was looking starring me down… like just because im not 100% white doesn't make it okay to stereotype me. Anyways i go to try on some pants and two other clothes and not even 2 seconds into the fitting room do they check up yet again for the 15th time. They didn't check up on the while she was in. At all. But left and right they singled me out. Then i go to check out, they ask if im apart of the program i said no but wanted to sign up.. she goes oh we will just skip the sign up?! Like okay? Clearly we dont want my business? Then out loud tells me the price of each item wich was cheaper then what i thought, in the most DIMINISHING WAY POSSIBLE. I was planning on spending way more but after feeling so singled I will never step foot in there again. I cannot wait to meet the store manager at the mall meetings and let her know my experience. Read moreI love LOFT as a brand, but I will not be returning to this location. I’ve been in on numerous occasions because of its convenience and I’ve only had a couple positive experiences. Service is my biggest gripe with this store. Very rarely am I greeted or even acknowledged by an associate during my time browsing the store which is very off-putting. Completely ignored which drives me crazy. I’ve returned over and over again in the past thinking maybe the associates were having a bad day, but unfortunately this has been my typical experience. Read moreI love this store and it’s managed well! I will say for feedback purposes I was asked 3 times to sign up for their rewards program. After saying no each time, another store clerk jumped into the conversation saying “ I really want you to fully understand what this is cause it hurts me when you don’t fully know” and continued to give me the same pitch the other kind women already did.. literally word for word. It embarrassed the super kind woman helping me at checkout and I left the store feeling guilty for not purchasing the $25 rewards plan. 😂 I wanted to provide some feedback there.
