Made a reservation for our cats, I called out of caution because one tested positive for FIV when he was a few weeks old and we found him as a stray in a train engine. The vet said this is common and they often test negative around 6 months and it is a false positive. They canceled our reservation even though online does not say anything about exclusions due to FIV and to it only spread through deep bites and cats do not come in contact. We called costumer service and they saved our reservation because we offered to get him retested the next day. The store leader called the next day and canceled our reservation and said they will not take him even if he tests negative. He claimed he had worked there for 18 years and has never heard of FIV. The lack of knowledge and refusal to provide service is really frustrating.
Edit: My cat ended up testing negative for FIV today like I said he would. It was a false positive from half a year ago to at he got passed on...
