Had such amazing experiences with the staff here and they need to be commemorated for their efforts! During my first visit, Olivia was very helpful in understanding what my ring resizing requests were in conjunction with our timeline and budgeting, and by the end of it we walked out with a very specific quote down to the cents. It made it very easy to understand what the process was going to entail and exactly how much it was going to cost. For the second visit, Zachary did a great job picking up where we left off despite some of the information getting lost in transmission to their database system. Simply recalling some bullet points was enough for him to be very accommodating and helpful in fulfilling the request. Lastly, Jose is a lifesaver for being able and willing to accommodate my timeline as he expedited my request a few days early and had it ready for pickup only a few hours later. He did such a fantastic job and the end product looks amazing, despite any rush! I hope he gets the appreciation he deserves; I was unable to tell him how thankful I was in person so I hope he stumbles across this! Zachary is the best! I first came there a week or so ago in a panic about scratching my stone which they made me feel okay about and showed me confidently how I did not scratch it. Their counter-side manner and support made me come back later to get two metal “beads(?)” put in the ring to help shrink it up slightly on my finger without doing a true resize. I didn’t even know this was an option until Zachary brought this to light. Anyway, they took such good care of my ring and me! It was done in no time… same day, in fact, and it made all the difference for daily wear of my ring. They also resized my watch in two seconds, which was something I’ve been needing to do for over a year. My partner and I worked with Danielle to create an engagement ring. Danielle earns highest marks in my book for how helpful she was throughout the entire process. My partner and I went with a custom design, and Danielle created a number of renderings with various tweaks to make sure everything looked how we wanted. On top of this, she found us a center stone that was a perfect match for the ring and my partner's desires.
