First of all, I wouldn't even give them one star.I took it my laptop to have the keyboard/ palm rest replaced. I had the part. After 2 days I picked it up and it wouldn't turn on.After paying $100. I had to leave it for them to look at. After 2 more days, I had to pick it up because I needed for work and I was going out of town. I had to take it to another computer repair shop. He discovered they shorted out my mother board and he showed me the spilled liquid on the inside over the cooling fan. And a total of 7 screws were missing and they cracked the bottom case.This place doesn't really have a computer tech. It's like they have a few people who just like to fiddle around with computers. The 3 times i was there, no one working on computers in the back . Just a couple people out back washing cars.While I was there, another couple came in to pick up their PC after waiting for a month.This place wants all the money up front too.I would highly recommend to avoid...

Richey is the TRUTH!! He was able to do something that even AT&T couldn't do and that's where I bought the damn phone. My galaxy flip 4 screen turned black and I couldn't touch anything on the screen. He was able to log into my phone by using a few wires, mouse, and keyboard. Then go through my phone and back up everything and transfer it to my new device. He ran into a few difficulties trying to get it to connect but if one way didn't work, he had another way. He is a tech wiz and wont stop until the problem is fixed. Just stop reading this review and call them NOW. Trust me! Rates are beyond affordable. Thank you so much Richey!!! You saved me...

Went in a few times to the store and felt like I was getting the run around from the clerks on pricing (even though they were super nice) - I ended up not getting my phone fixed due to these issues However, I was able to connect with the owner a few days later and he apologized for the run around and offered to fix my issue for free.
